Isnīt it better to live life fully instead of delaying gratification? |
|
This is an interesting question. We are not saying that you should never eat the marshmallows. On the contrary, we are saying that you can do everything you want but with certain rules to follow. You should always save at least 10% of what you earn and never touch that money until retirement. You still have the other 90% you can spend freely. You can eat plenty of marshmallows in your life and still be able to retire with a good chunk of money. Celebrate each day and reward yourself frequently. Sample and savor your marshmallows, just don´t gobble them ever.
